Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE labor law, safety, and compliance regulations.
