Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily office operations, documentation, and correspondence. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Supervise administrative staff and support teams. Prepare reports, budgets, and schedules for management review. Assist HR in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in the construction industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UAE labor law, safety, and compliance regulations.
