To plan and arrange project material/tools requirements
To prepare store yearly, quarterly and monthly budget
To develop and implement efficient store management system for inventory, tool etc
To reconcile stores with Client, staff and suppliers
To arrange repair of faulty euipment
2. Vehicle Management System:
To develop and implement effcient vehicle managment system
To study project requirement and ensure proper vehicle placement to get optimum effciency
To implement efficiency and expense analysis and keep update documents
To maximize company benefits and reduce costs
To develop relationship to place vehicles on urgent notice
To develop vehicle hiring, placement, accident, returning policies
3. Procurement : To supervise and implement proper procurement policies and procedures 4. Office Administration:
To ensure all facilities i.e. offices, accomodation, general matters are in a place
To ensure all admin policies and procedures are in place and implemented
To contribute in improving facilities standards
5. Reporting : - Daily - Task Based Reports Weekly - Vehicle control, store and logistics consumption, admin reports Monthly - Expense Control Reports on Vehicle, Material and Equipment Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
Admin Manager: 10 years (Preferred)
