Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative and office operations
Lead, guide, and coordinate the administrative team
Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination
Maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports
Manage attendance, schedules, and office procedures
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required
Implement and monitor internal policies and processes
Provide administrative support to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of relevant administrative management experience
(mandatory)
Prior experience in the
service industry
Proven
team handling and leadership abilities
Proficiency in
Malayalam and Hindi
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Working knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools
