Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Assist in scheduling routine inspections and maintenance tasks for properties.
Monitor and track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Tenant & Client Coordination:
Act as a liaison between tenants and property management for maintenance-related issues.
Address tenant concerns or requests and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and ensure compliance with property guidelines.
Administrative Support:
Maintain records of maintenance activities, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Assist in preparing reports on property conditions, maintenance budgets, and vendor performance.
Update property listings, lease agreements, and maintenance logs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of real estate, property management, and maintenance processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
