We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Admin
with prior experience in the
limousine industry in Dubai
. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with all administrative responsibilities within a limousine company, including but not limited to RTA compliance, driver coordination, trip management, invoicing, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for limousine operations
Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth scheduling of trips
Manage bookings, dispatch, and customer communication
Maintain RTA compliance documentation and ensure all permits, licenses, and insurance are up to date
Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage petty cash
Keep records of fleet maintenance, driver documents, and trip logs
Support management in HR, payroll, and procurement tasks
Register Vehicle in Uber, Careem and Bolt
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in a similar role in a
limousine company in Dubai
Strong knowledge of
Dubai RTA regulations
for limousine companies
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Uber, Careem, Bolt
Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
