Admin / It Sales Coordinator (female Preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced and well-organized Admin / IT Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Purchase order processing, Purchase Invoices and supporting the company's overall operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the ERP system with accurate customer data, sales activities, and reports for informed decision-making. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations, analyzing sales data and trends for strategic insights. Coordinate the sales team, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication. Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support. Process orders accurately and on time. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Generate reports and assist in preparing promotional materials. Liaise with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role in the UAE. Strong organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in sales coordination is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
