Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, office coordination, filing, and document management. Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, leave tracking, and HR documentation. Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, memos, and internal communications. Coordinate employee requests, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel or logistics when needed. Liaise with government platforms (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Absher) when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support to management and project teams.

Requirements



Female, Saudi National (Mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Admin and/or HR roles (Oil & Gas experience is a plus). Strong communication skills in Arabic & English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
