Job Description

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide administrative support
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update databases with different information.
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Answer employees\xe2\x80\x99 questions and provide requested information
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Create reports for senior management
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 4 years (Preferred)
