About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in the UAE. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities



Handle clerical tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, and correspondence.

Manage vendors, and daily operations.

Maintain Office Supplies and manage inventories

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist with petty cash, invoices, and procurement tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements

Strong MS Office skills.

Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Arabic is an advantage).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
