We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the company. The role ensures smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and effective support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate records, employee files, and internal databases
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative activities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents as required
Assist with onboarding documentation and office access setup
Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and organized
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
