We are urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors, and be able to manage daily operations efficiently while supporting various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
Manage documentation, filing, and data entry
Support HR, operations, and management teams as required
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth facility operations
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven administrative experience
Background in
hospitality
or
real estate
is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be currently residing in the UAE
