Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth team operations
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
Schedule and coordinate deliveries with sales, warehouse, and other teams
Manage and update website content, product listings, and order details
Oversee back-office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Occasionally support with studio photoshoots and events
What We're Looking For:
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Warm, professional, and approachable personality
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Good computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or operations
