Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Support real estate activities such as lease agreements and property documentation
Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and arrange travel bookings.
Maintain updated company databases and records.
Assist HR, finance, and operations with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role.
Experience in the retail industry preferred; real estate knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
