Job Description

Manage and organize office operations and procedures.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Liaise with internal staff and external partners.

Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment is properly maintained.

Support HR and accounting functions as needed
