JOB DESCRIPTIONoProvide high-level administrative support to the General Manager (GM), managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.oCoordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.oAct as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on requests or inquiries.oManage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries if arise.oPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the GM.oMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.oAnticipate the needs of the GM and proactively address issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.oAssist in coordinating special projects and strategic initiatives under the direction of the GM.oEnsure the office of the GM runs efficiently by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.oPrioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.oCollaborate with other administrative staff to support the overall needs of the executive team and the organization.
