What is this role?

As an Admin Executive You will be responsible for the brand acquisition and onboarding in the UAE which would entail following responsibilities:

Checking applications forms, kyc, other documents submitted for application. Preparing contracts for merchants Updating commercial reports and supporting CCO in managing team performance Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

1 year plus in an office administrative role Graduate degree is a must Computer literacy Fluent in English - verbal and written communication Attention to detail and process orientation Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
