Dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Professional with hands-on UAE experience in office operations, documentation, customer support, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Handle office supplies, inventories, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms and common areas.
Documentation & Record Management
Prepare, update, and maintain company documents, forms, letters, and reports.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Ensure confidentiality of employee and company documents in line with UAE standards.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and emails.
Coordinate between departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and PRO for operational execution.
Schedule meetings, arrange appointments, and manage calendars for management teams.
HR & Admin Support (Optional section if you want to add HR duties)
Assist HR in Recruitment ,onboarding, issuing offer letters, and conducting orientation.
Financial & Procurement Support
Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice submission, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
Obtain quotations, prepare purchase requests, and coordinate with suppliers.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiar with UAE labour law basics and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, DubaiNow).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and strong work ethics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
1-3 years UAE experience in administrative roles.
Experience in hospitality, corporate, retail, or construction industries is an advantage.
