Duties
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth while maintaining a positive first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks accounting software
Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for team members or executives
Handle filing, proofreading, and document management tasks with precision to ensure organizational clarity
Support office management functions including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support
Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and internal teams through effective communication and support
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
Bachelors degree preferred.
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication
Previous experience as Admin cum accounts preferred.
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, calendar management, filing systems, and office equipment operation is essential
