Assist families with basic insurance queries.
Check insurance eligibility.
Submit claims and approvals.
Coordinate with billing team on rejected claims.
Maintain daily payment logs.
4. Operations & Coordination
Manage clinic supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and IT.
Organize staff meetings and support rostering.
5. Parent Communication
Provide clear information about appointments, therapy plans, and follow-ups.
Handle communication with empathy and professionalism.
6. Compliance
Maintain DHA-required documentation.
Keep consent forms, reports, and records updated.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years healthcare admin experience (pediatrics/neurology a plus).
Good communication and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of DHA procedures and insurance is an advantage.
Friendly, organized, and patient-focused.
