We are seeking ( Female Admin ) a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks for Our Client , ensure smooth office operations, and support management and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate office operations, supplies, and equipment.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and maintain proper records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems (physical & digital).
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle petty cash, expense reports, and basic accounting tasks.
Provide general support to management and staff as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Administrator, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Work Environment:
Office-based role (may include hybrid/remote work depending on the company).
Standard working hours (some flexibility required).
