Role snapshot

Own end-to-end order admin ? packing ? dispatch with strict cold-chain. Bridge production, sales, drivers/couriers, and customers (hotels, cafes, events).

What you'll do

Confirm daily B2B/e-comm/event orders; create pick lists, invoices & delivery notes Book delivery windows; coordinate drivers/couriers; file PODs/GRNs Maintain batch/lot tracking; update CRM & inventory sheets Label & pack cans/750 ml/kegs; count & seal-check; log/photo issues Prep & seal event kits (taps, CO?, lines, cups, signage) Plan routes; load securely; maintain cold-chain (cooler bags/ice) Live-track deliveries; resolve delays/missed windows; handle urgent swaps Manage returns, keg deposits/empties & damages Do daily cycle counts & weekly full counts; investigate variances Monitor labels/packaging/CO?/pallet wrap; raise POs before stockouts Follow HACCP & halal; record 2-4 C logs Use PPE; safe lifting (up to 25 kg); keep a tidy 5S workstation.

What you bring

2+ yrs in F&B fulfilment/warehouse/dispatch (beverage preferred). Confident with Google Sheets/Excel; basic POS/accounting. Clear English; Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog a plus. Physically fit; UAE manual driving licence is a plus. Food safety cert is an advantage.

Schedule & tools

9 h shifts, overtime if required. Tools: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Shopify/POS, label printer, barcode scanner.
