and will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while handling telecalling activities to support client acquisition and service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
Manage day-to-day office administration, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle emails, calls, and scheduling for management.
Assist in preparation of reports, agreements, and proposals.
Maintain client records, leads database, and tracking systems.
Telecalling & Client Coordination
Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation and follow-ups.
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information on company services.
Schedule appointments and meetings between clients and consultants/agents.
Update CRM/lead management systems with call logs, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements
Mandatory Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in
Business Setup services
or
Real Estate
(Dubai/UAE market).
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi advantage).
Strong telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude, presentable, and professional demeanor.
Eligibility
Age Limit:
22-27 years (mandatory).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Currently available in the UAE will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month.
