Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and maintenance providers
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required
Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
