Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming emails, inquiries, and messages
Supervise and monitor the building.
Coordinate with maintenance and security teams .
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks.
Address any issues or concerns promptly and escalate to the Maintenance Manager when necessary.
Communicate effectively with the maintenance team
Requirements:
Real Estate experience is must (no experience on the same will be rejected).
Male candidates only
(due to shift requirements)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently during night hours.
