What You'll Do (Your Main Jobs):
Keep our office running smoothly every day.
Handle all calls, emails, and messages.
Keep property papers, client files, and legal documents neat and tidy.
Help prepare real estate papers like rental agreements and sales forms.
Put property ads online and keep them updated.
Deal with important real estate forms like RERA and Ejari.
Talk to our agents, property owners, renters, and other partners.
Keep track of rent dates, help collect payments, and support our rental team.
Know real estate words and how things work in the property business.
Help with daily office needs, like ordering supplies or basic money tasks.
What We Need From You:
