To manage administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service by serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the company.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.
Provide information about the company, such as its products, services, and office location.
Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested.
Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees promptly and professionally.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documents and records.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Proven experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
