to manage our front desk operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Cold Calling Clients
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day office requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in Qatar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Presentable, organized, and customer-oriented.
