Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our group company's real estate subsidiary. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across digital and print media. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our real estate brand message and support our marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of real estate projects, including property brochures, social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and signage.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and enhances property marketing campaigns.

- Revise and update designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

- Ensure all designs maintain consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice for the real estate brand.

- Prepare final artwork for both print and digital publication, ensuring technical accuracy.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques, particularly as they relate to real estate marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative mindset..

Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

- Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.

- Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is highly desirable.
