We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
Admin cum Barista
to join our team at NFI Co-Working Space. The ideal candidate will play a dual role of managing administrative tasks while creating a welcoming cafe-style experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both front-desk responsibilities and light food & beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Greet and receive visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable first impression.
Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and maintain basic financial records.
Assist with meeting room bookings, membership inquiries, and co-working space coordination.
Perform basic stock-taking of office and cafe supplies, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
Barista & Guest Services
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to guests and members.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the cafe counter and seating areas.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance member and guest experience.
Support in organizing small events or networking sessions held at the co-working space.
Requirements
Previous experience in an
administrative/front desk
role and/or
barista/guest service
is preferred.
Good knowledge of invoicing, billing, and basic office software (MS Office/Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle both administrative and customer service duties effectively.
Basic understanding of stock management and record-keeping.
Friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanor.
