We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin cum Accountant
to support our daily administrative operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination
Maintain property files, tenancy contracts, and client records
Manage accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and daily bookkeeping
Prepare invoices, receipts, and expense reports
Coordinate with agents and management for updated financial and administrative data
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
Manage phone calls, emails, and basic customer inquiries
Support PRO-related tasks when required
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin/accounts
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Immediate joiners preferred
