We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Female Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities, including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and follow-ups
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
Maintain office files, documentation, and records in an organized manner
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Handle basic HR tasks (attendance, leave records, employee files)
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Admin, Accountant, or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
