Admin cum Accountant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented individual who can manage both administrative tasks and accounting functions with efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with key software.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Utilize Zoho Books to maintain accurate financial records, generate reports, and reconcile accounts.
Handle bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Process payroll and manage employee expense reports.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically in relation to accounting modules.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, handle vendor relationships, and oversee general office administration.
Support day-to-day business operations and act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
Proficiency with Zoho Books is essential.
Strong knowledge of ERP system accounting modules.
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must be on a spouse visa.
Additional Advantage:
Ability to speak Hindi will be considered a significant advantage.
