Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate
daily bookkeeping
records
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
Prepare basic financial reports (monthly summary, expense tracking)
Maintain proper documentation for invoices, bills, and vouchers
Assist in VAT records and coordination with external auditors (if required)
Cash & Expense Control
Monitor petty cash
issued to staff
Track staff expenses and reimbursements
Ensure proper supporting documents are submitted
Maintain petty cash reconciliation reports
Payment Follow-ups
Follow up with customers for
pending payments
Maintain customer aging and outstanding payment records
Coordinate with management on payment status and collections
Follow up with suppliers for invoices and payment schedules
Administrative Duties
Maintain staff records and basic HR documentation
Coordinate with operations team for expense approvals
Manage emails, basic correspondence, and document filing
Assist management with reports and administrative support as required
Job Requirements
Proven experience in
accounting, bookkeeping, or admin roles
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage
Good command of
Excel / Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection for remote work
