Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails, visitors & coordination with vendors/suppliers
Prepare service schedules, track service jobs & procure parts
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, Proforma invoices & system updates
Maintain service/job files and manage technicians
Support office administration and other service-related duties
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.Com preferred); Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineers may apply
0-5 years UAE experience in office administrator or similar role
Experience in service industry & Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) preferred
Strong customer service, communication & multitasking skills
Proficient in computer software & online systems
Telesales / Service Advisor experience is an advantage
UAE Driving License required
Immediate joiners with own visa / NOC only
Salary:
AED 2,000 - 3,000 (based on experience)
