Job Vacancy: Admin Cum Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to provide support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, managing accountant tasks, maintaining office organization, and supporting internal and external communications.

Position: Admin Cum Accountant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping. Manage office administration and documentation. Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Maintain petty cash and financial records. Assist with HR and payroll tasks. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Prepare and edit documents such as reports, memos, and presentations. Order office supplies and manage inventory. Support management with reports and correspondence. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting. Support team members with various administrative needs.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and admin roles. Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally / QuickBooks / Excel). Familiarity with basic accounting or HR procedures. Good communication and organizational skills.
