Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries (including WhatsApp).
Organize and schedule patient appointments.
Maintain efficient communication with clients and internal staff.
Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination within the clinic.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Native English speakers preferred, but not mandatory).
Previous administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a medical/clinic environment.
Ability to handle tasks efficiently and professionally.
