Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Broker with strong Business Development (BD) skills to join our dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day brokerage operations, supporting the sales team, and driving business growth. You will leverage your industry knowledge, leadership abilities, and business acumen to support our real estate operations while fostering key relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brokerage Operations Management:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the brokerage office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new agents and provide administrative support.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage real estate transactions, including contracts, listings, and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure contracts, agreements, and documents are in proper order.
2. Business Development & Sales Support:
  • Lead and support business development initiatives to grow the company's market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, property owners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide training and guidance to real estate agents on sales strategies, business development, and market insights.
3. Client & Stakeholder Relations:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and handle inquiries or issues related to property transactions.
  • Maintain and update a client database, ensuring strong customer relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities to grow and strengthen business relationships.
4. Administrative Support:
  • Ensure the efficient handling of all administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and communication with clients and agents.
  • Manage office systems and processes, including document management, CRM, and transaction management systems.
  • Prepare reports on business development metrics, sales performance, and market trends.
