Zmakan Technical Solutions is looking for a friendly and reliable Admin Assistant / Reception to join our team. The successful candidate will provide general office support, manage reception duties, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Daily responsibilities include data entry and general clerical tasks, managing office utilities and small purchases, assisting team members with various tasks, and handling petty cash. You will greet visitors, answer calls, maintain records, and ensure the office is stocked and organized. Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a helpful attitude are essential.
