We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to support management and staff, helping to improve efficiency and communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in handling office supplies, inventory, and procurement
Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate communication
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting is a plus
