Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles in Travel Industry , with strong communication and multitasking skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks and provide support to multiple teams within the organization. The Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Responsibilities: * Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior team members.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documents and arranging orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles in Travel Industry.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
