Job Description

Based in our Dubai Office, we are looking to recruit a Listing Coordinator to provide an effective and

efficient support service to create and prepare unit listings.

General Duties;

1. Technical Skills

\xef\x82\xa8 Create and prepare unit listings for the agents.

\xef\x82\xa8 Ensure excellent quality standard of listings.

\xef\x82\xa8 Responsible for getting all information- from the client that is necessary for the property

consultants to sell a project.

\xef\x82\xa8 Checking all client files to ensure that all the relevant documentation is filed for future reference.

\xef\x82\xa8 Liaise with Property Finder, DLD support team for any listing or account issues.

\xef\x82\xa8 Prepare forms such as (Tenancy Contract, and others)

\xef\x82\xa8 Strong follow-up skills and Lead management.

\xef\x82\xa8 Responsible for monitoring, providing assistant and support by preparation of leads and receiving

daily feedback from the Real Estate Agents.

\xef\x82\xa8 Preparing contracts and MOU as and when requested by the agents.

\xef\x82\xa8 Excellent in filing & in maintaining records.

\xef\x82\xa8 Ensure record keeping and filing is maintained to company corporate standards and procedures.

2. Organization

\xef\x82\xa8 Provide general administrative support to the sales team and responsible of all the sales team filing systems.

\xef\x82\xa8 Responsible for receiving the transaction documents from the Sales/Leasing Agent and forwarding them to the Accounts Department.

3. Communication

\xef\x82\xa8 Be aware of current projects to ensure that the best possible service is provided to clients and other internal departments.

\xef\x82\xa8 Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone.

\xef\x82\xa8 Be able to display tact, diplomacy and appropriate confidentiality as to the nature of the work.

\xef\x82\xa8 Establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers.

\xef\x82\xa8 Adhere to rules and regulations.

4. Customer Service

\xef\x82\xa8 Deal with team members in a polite, helpful and confident manner.

\xef\x82\xa8 Make full and accurate notes of all conversations with agents in terms of updates and ensure that they are actioned or passed on to the appropriate colleague without unnecessary delay.
