We are seeking a reliable Admin Assistant to join our construction company in Umm Al Quwain.
The candidate should be proactive, organized, and experienced in handling administrative
tasks in a construction environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting tenders and proposals.
Organize, update, and maintain project-related documents and records.
Welcome and assist visitors/guests in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Draft, review, and manage incoming/outgoing emails, letters, and memos.
Maintain proper filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
Schedule and prepare for meetings, take minutes, and circulate follow-ups.
Manage office supplies and general administrative needs while ensuring the cleanliness
and organization of the office.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required.
Assist in preparing progress reports, logs, and summaries for management.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role in a construction company
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
