Job Description

  • Experience: Min. 2 years as Admin
  • Education: Must have Bachelor Degree
  • Handling the computer management system of entering data and backups.
  • Preparing customers and suppliers documents like Quotations, invoicing, DN, LPOs and other related docs.
  • Organizing and filing all company documents / hard copies.
  • Taking manufacturing and production needs and demands and report to GM. Preparing designs and the company docs.
  • Preparing monthly full reports about work performance, workers, clients and other company details.
  • Any other tasks directed from the CEO or representative regarding work related matters
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
