Admin Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Facility Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing documents, reports, correspondence, and basic presentations. Maintain and update records, files, and databases related to FM operations. Coordinate with internal departments for follow-ups and information sharing. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses. Support the team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits. Assist in preparing purchase requests, quotations, and basic documentation. Track office supplies and support procurement when required. Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry.

Qualifications & Skills:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree Freshers can apply; prior admin experience is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Female candidate on own visa sponsorship are preferred.Immediate Joiner only needs to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
