Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing calendars. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.

Requirements:



Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
