Our client is an IT trading firm based in Sharjah are looking for an Admin Assistant to assist the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling meetings.
Maintains files systems and database of sales records
Submit and reconcile expense reports
What we are looking for?
A bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
Computer literacy.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
