Job Summary: Looking for an Admin Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Welcome visitors and provide them with the required assistance
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Respond to and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Handle calendars and schedule meetings as well as appointments
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence as well as presentations
  • Coordinate and organize travel, accommodations as well as other logistics
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Should be able to work unsupervised with self-initiative
  • Fluency in English can apply
  • Must have strong work ethics, confident and professional
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities
  • Good time management skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a good team player and proactive to create a positive experience for others
