The Admin Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Skills Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Schedules, organizes, and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings and supports visitors. Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Maintains supplies and stationery requirements. Take accurate minutes of meetings. Support onboarding process of new staff. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Keeping computer databases up to date. Performs any other related duties as needed. Reporting and administrative writing skills Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related field OR Minimum High School Diploma 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience. Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
