We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant with experience to be based on our Client's office in Ras Al Khaimah
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
Uphold brand, grooming, and safety standards.
Qualifications
Experience in front office or guest services preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
PMS knowledge and fluent in English.
Professional appearance and flexible with shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
