URGENT HIRING! Position: Admin Assistant/Purchaser Location: Sharjah, UAE Experience: Admin Assistant / Purchasing Assistant or in a similar procurement role in Road Construction Job Responsibility:
1. Process purchase requisitions / orders.
2. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
3. Process & Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.
4. Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies.
5. Coordination and monitoring of stocks.
6. Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
7. Filing, Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
8. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
9. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
10. Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
11. Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and handle any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
