URGENT HIRING! Position: Admin Assistant/Purchaser Location: Sharjah, UAE Experience: Admin Assistant / Purchasing Assistant or in a similar procurement role in Road Construction Job Responsibility:
  • 1. Process purchase requisitions / orders.
  • 2. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
  • 3. Process & Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.
  • 4. Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies.
  • 5. Coordination and monitoring of stocks.
  • 6. Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
  • 7. Filing, Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
  • 8. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
  • 9. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • 10. Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
  • 11. Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and handle any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
